When I was young, I always wanted to learn a foreign language. Took Spanish in High School, French in College. I said, “Before I turn 30, I will speak fluent French”. Even went to France and when I spoke, they just replied “Je ne comprends pas” So, needless to say, 30 came and went and learning to a back seat. Classes, tapes, flash cards; nothing worked for me.
